Research on injection molding performance or state has gradually declined over time. There are some signs before a fault occurs. This is called a latent fault. The identifiable physical parameters indicate that a functional fault is about to occur. Early failure period

3. Loss failure period

In the later stages of vertical injection molding, the failure rate began to rise. This is due to wear, fatigue, aging, corrosion, etc. of the vertical injection molding machine parts. If the inflection point is overhauled at the beginning of the wear and tear period, the failure rate can be reduced economically and effectively.

The three stages of the failure rate curve of the vertical injection molding machine truly reflect the regularity of the vertical injection molding machine from running-in, commissioning, normal operation to overhaul or scrap failure rate, and strengthen the daily management and maintenance of the vertical injection molding machine. The sporadic failure period can be extended. Properly finding the inflection point can avoid excessive repair or repair coverage to achieve the best investment benefits.
